Delivery Policy

Delivery price is additional and is not included in the price of the goods.

Delivery via Royal Mail is 3-5 days.

Delivery via Evri is 1-2 days.

The above Delivery times do not include the production of items made to order. These times are additional to the above.

Please ensure that you provide a mobile number and email address in order for you to receive any tracking alerts that are sent out.

Should you not receive deliver within the above specified times, please notify us by emailing your order number and details to wbhorsemanship@gmail.com

All goods sent as a return or replacement will be sent via Royal Mail unless indicated otherwise.

Returns Policy

Should you wish to return any item, notification in writing is to be sent to wbhorsemanship@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery of the goods.

The following information is required in order to process a return, for replacement or refund :

  • Original Order number
  • Reason for Return
  • Whether a Replacement or Refund is being requested

All returned goods are to be returned in the same condition as what they were dispatched in. Once they have been received, they will be assessed for :

  • Damage or signs of use

Should goods be returned in a soiled, damaged or used condition, the right to refund or replacement will be waived.

All postage costs are to be borne by the purchaser in the event that the goods are damaged, soiled, used or incorrectly ordered.

WBH will bear the full postage costs should the incorrect goods have been delivered or should there be any manufacturing fault.

All Consumers are proteced by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
